This technology platform enables a one-stop, all-encompassing technology solution for all program management. It provides strong capabilities across all the program types to track all phases of customer engagement, all varieties of existing building conditions, and all upgrade solutions. All of this relies upon on our robust and flexible program administration and mobile data gathering and assessment platform.

Segmentation + Analytics
Our robust segmentation and analysis department provides us with the ability to research the pros and cons of a market before we go into it.  We can provide a territory segmentation report using supplied customer data file from local utilities or using our enhanced firmographic database. This data driven approach to market segmentation will help identify high density areas, increase customer participation, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our target marketing efforts, especially during program start up.

A Winning Venture
PPM Clean Energy was formed to provide the highest quality services in sustainable energy to the D.C. Metropolitan Region. Our goal is to provide resources to D.C. residents by giving them access to the emerging clean economy and benefit in the process. We also aim to employ residents from each town or city that we service.

• We hire our energy auditors, sales people, and other staff from the communities we serve. This is key to our high levels of participation;

• We use local trade contractors to perform energy upgrades;

• No project is too small – our customer acquisition model is cost efficient, so we do not need to “cherry pick” customers with large projects only;

• We have high-touch customer service experience – with communication at all key milestones;

• We deploy energy conservation measures customers actually desire;

• Efficient use of incentives, so the dollars budgeted reach as many customers as possible; 

• Our programs are performance based whereby PPM Clean Energy and its partners are largely paid based on energy savings acquired.

• PPM’s services are designed for organizations who qualify for the Small Business Install (SBDI) programs.
